The firm has been providing a scholarship known as the "Cheng, Yeung & Co Prize for Personal Injuries Practice" to the Faculty of Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on an annual basis since 2017. This scholarship is awarded to the student who achieves the highest overall mark in the Personal Injuries Practice course under the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws program of the Faculty of Law each academic year.

For the academic years 2022-2023, the "Cheng, Yeung & Co Prize for Personal Injuries Practice" has been awarded to the outstanding scholar, Mr. Wong Pui On Anson, in recognition of his excellent academic performance while studying Personal Injuries Practice as part of his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws program.
