Mr. Lam Chi Hung is experienced in advising and handling insurance claims for major insurance companies and insured parties, including employees’ compensation claims, traffic accident claims, industrial accident claims, public liability claims and fire policy claims. He advises on matters relating to insurance laws, policy liability, policy construction and interpretation, claims negotiation and settlement, as well as conducting mediation and litigation in relation thereto. Mr. Lam has considerable experience in acting and advising on a whole spectrum of civil and commercial litigation including general contractual disputes, directors’ and shareholders’ disputes and corporate insolvency. Mr. Lam is also experienced in handling contentious intellectual property disputes as well as proceedings relating to infringement of trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Lam also advises on and conducts proceedings on divorce, child custody and ancillary reliefs.
