Cheng, Yeung & Co. granted a donation to Hong Kong Red Cross
Cheng, Yeung & Co. granted a donation of HK$5,000.00 to Hong Kong Red Cross assisting the victims of the earthquake and tsunamis that struck Asia in 2004.
The Hong Kong Red Cross was established in 1950 as a branch of the British Red Cross Society. Since 1 July 1997, upon the return of Hong Kong's sovereignty to China, the Hong Kong Red Cross has changed its affiliation to become a highly autonomous branch of the Red Cross Society of China.
Hong Kong Red Cross strives for a world in which people respect and protect human life and dignity, and where people are ready to offer impartial and voluntary aid to help improve the lives of vulnerable people.
