Cheng, Yeung & Co. Recognized as a Signatory of the Good Employer Charter 2024
We are delighted to announce that Cheng, Yeung & Co. has been confirmed as a Signatory of the Good Employer Charter (GEC) 2024, pledging to adopt employee-oriented human resource management practices.
Additionally, a premium charter logo has been introduced for GEC 2024. As our firm has been accredited as a signatory of the GEC for three consecutive terms (2018, 2020, and 2024), the charter logo will be upgraded to a premium version. This upgrade recognizes our continuous efforts to implement exemplary human resource management practices over the years.
The GEC, organized by the Labour Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, aims to encourage employers of various trades and scales, including small and medium enterprises, to adopt progressive, employee-oriented people management practices. This initiative fosters a good people management culture in workplaces across the region.
